How it's priced
Freight is quoted at checkout from your destination and the order's chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, L×W×H ÷ 5000). Retail-sized orders ship DHL Express, FedEx International or UPS; bulk orders can move by air or sea freight. Orders over 500 kg chargeable are quoted by hand — place the order and we'll follow up with a price before anything is charged.
Duties & import tax
We ship from Guangzhou; duties and import tax in your country are payable to the carrier on arrival and aren't included in the checkout total.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking page once it's dispatched — find it from your order history or the confirmation email.
